this is a free album for you. over the last few months i have found a lot of peace of mind and warm solitude listening to ambient music.

music can't solve problems, only action can do that. but action cannot be sustained unless people are cared for. i care for you. these are the sounds of me caring for myself, and i hope they can care for you, too, should you choose to listen.

if you are a white person, as i am, i hope you will take the time to show up (and continue showing up) for black and indigenous friends, family, colleagues, and strangers. whether that be physically at protests or through donating, organizing, and other community work.
